Project Details:
Situated in downtown Kirkland, the Uptown Apartments at Kirkland Urban offer a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly environment that reflects the character of the Pacific Northwest. Designed by Weber Thompson, the architecture features clean lines, projecting bays, and generous canopy elements that enhance the urban experience. To bring warmth and texture to the façade, Longboard’s 6″ V-Groove planks in Light Cherry were used on feature walls and soffits throughout the project. These natural woodgrain accents create a visually striking contrast against the modern glass and metal finishes, adding depth and cohesion to the building’s design. The result is a refined, welcoming space that balances contemporary aesthetics with a grounded, community-focused feel.
