The McConachie Gardens residential building outside Edmonton, Alberta, blends modern architecture with warm, inviting accents to create a welcoming community atmosphere. Throughout the exterior and key gathering spaces, Longboard’s 4″ V-Groove planks in Light Fir were used for accents, infusing the structure with natural texture and light wood tones. These sleek, linear soffits and cladding elements provide visual interest, complementing the building’s clean lines and large glazing areas.
