  • Complete All Information

    Fill out all fields on the downloadable form completely and accurately.

  • Get It Signed

    The warranty must be signed by the responsible party (owner, contractor, sub-contractor, or installer).

  • Attach Your Invoice

    Include a copy of your customer invoice with pricing.

  • Submit Within 90 Days

    Ensure registration is completed within 90 days from the date of substantial completion.
