Panelboard™ Wall Systems
The Panelboard system in many respects is identical to the Longboard tongue and groove plank wall system and use many of the same mounting accessories and component trims. The Panelboard system uses a combination of uniquely designed planks and component trims to create the impression of a solid large format panel. The fact that individual planks and components are used gives the designer and installer a lot more flexibility compared to other large format panel systems.
Easy to install, non-combustible, VOC free, and corrosion resistant, this system complements any interior building design. Installed using the supplied Longboard Quick Screen Clips, T&G cladding can be installed either vertically or horizontally onto any wall framing system as required. Manufactured in 12ft or 24 foot lengths they are easily fabricated whether in a pre-fab facility or in the field to suit your project’s conditions.

Product Description
High-grade extruded aluminum, hollow backed with a base metal thickness of 1.77mm. Panel sizes from 1ft to 24 ft.

End of Use Recyclability
100% recyclable, the extrusion doesn't contact any plastic elements.
Maintenance
Easy to maintain and cost effective field repairs. Dirt and debris can be easily rinsed and washed off with a mild detergent depending on frequency of build-up. No caulking or glue is required for the product.
Environmental Concern
Longboard can contain recycled aluminum. Production of aluminum billets sourced by Longboard uses hydro-electric power.
Rain-Screen
BV/D (Rear ventilated rain-screen), no need for caulking. Mechanical seals are used such as metal flashing and metal furring strips which are long-lasting.
Flatness
Extruded aluminum does no oil can and will demonstrate extraordinary flatness and rigidity when installed according to manufacture's instructions.
Ease of Installation
Regular cladding installers can quickly learn Panelboard™ installation techniques. The system is straight-forward in it's application and cutting panels can be done on-site. Typically one installer can apply 100 SF of coverage per day.
