Longboard’s premium aluminum products combine innovative engineering with uncompromising quality. Locally manufactured in Abbotsford, Canada, this gives us the ability to control all of the outcomes from start to finish. We receive the raw material and work to create long-lasting and aesthetic building materials, and ship it out to arrive for installation by your teams.

Having complete control in every stage of the production in-house, we’re able to ensure there is high-quality control across our entire process, although much of it is automated, we have a team of skilled individuals to monitor and check all pieces along the way prior to being shipped to a job site.

3x Performance

Crafted from high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminum delivering long-term performance in demanding environments, including extreme UV, high velocity hurricane wind zones, snow, hail, and rain. Longboard’s products are non-combustible with a Class 1 Fire-Rating.

 Our use of Class 2.5 powder delivers three times the durability, fade resistance, and long-term performance over the industry standard Class 1 powder. We have over 50+ standard finishes; we offer lasting beauty, protection, and design flexibility.

Industry Led Panel Length

With Longboard’s extruded aluminum planks, you have the ability to order in 12 ft (industry standard) or 24 ft (industry leading) lengths. This allows installers to reduce installation complexity with faster installation and reduced labor costs as well as visually giving cleaner lines to the structures facade or interior.

With over two decades of experience, Longboard is a premier producer of sustainable, durable, and visually striking powder-coated and sublimated extruded aluminum products. Our finishes adhere to the most stringent environmental guidelines to ensure the highest-quality product is delivered to our clients. 

We use powder coating and sublimation methods for their durability and environmentally friendly properties. All of our finishes are AAMA 2604 or 2605 certified and undergo extensive in-house testing to ensure high performance.
