Endura Linear Direct Mount Ceiling
Made of 100% extruded architectural aluminum, the Longboard Endura tongue & groove plank system is built to provide a simply stunning solution for linear ceilings. Various plank designs are available to choose from and are also offered with optional perforation and Soundtex scrim for acoustical performance applications. Easy to install, non-combustible, VOC free, and corrosion resistant, this system complements any interior building design.
Longboard® Endura planks are mechanically fastened to conventionally framed ceiling structures as well as approved suspended ceiling structures and are therefore suitable to be used in all seismic categories. Suspension elements can vary from heavy-duty 15/16” T-grid to struts. Manufactured in either 12 foot or 24 foot lengths they are easily fabricated whether in a pre-fab facility or in the field to suit your project’s conditions.

Maintenance
Easy to maintain and cost-effective field repairs. Dirt and debris can be easily rinsed, wiped, or washed off with a mild detergent.
Healthy Materials
Longboard products are VOC and Living Building Challenge (LBC), Red List Free and do not adversely affecting indoor air quality and human health.
Acoustic Solutions
Noise reduction is possible using perforated planks in conjunction with the appropriate acoustical materials to create effective acoustical treatment solutions. Perforated planks available also with an optional Soundtex® scrim applied.

A variety of product finishes with associated light reflectance values (LRV) are offered that can contribute to occupants’ productivity, comfort, and well-being by providing high-quality lighting.

Perforation & Acoustics
We offer perforation options to offer designers freedom in achieving their desired look while also delivering acoustically enhancing capabilities.
These products meet the same quality and environmental benchmarks of our other products, including being VOC free, LBC red list free, 100% recyclable, and offering up to LR.73 light reflectance.
Through independent testing we have been able to achieve NRC ratings of between 0.7 and 0.8 that verifies our new perforated ceiling systems will reduce reverberation and achieve sound absorption needs.
