Made from 100% extruded architectural aluminum, Longboard’s Endura tongue & groove planks offer a premium solution for creating visually stunning and durable linear ceilings. With multiple plank profiles, finishes, and optional perforation paired with Soundtex scrim, Endura delivers both striking aesthetics and superior acoustic performance.

This non-combustible, VOC-free, and corrosion-resistant system is engineered for quick, precise installation and long-term reliability. Suitable for both conventionally framed and approved suspended ceiling structures from heavy-duty T-grids to struts, it performs in all seismic categories. Available in 12-foot or 24-foot lengths, Endura can be easily fabricated on-site or in a prefabrication facility to perfectly suit your project requirements.

Fire Safety

Longboard plank systems are inherently Class A fire safe because they are manufactured from 100% non-combustible materials.

Durability

We offer the highest-grade architectural powder coating finishes that comply with exterior grade AAMA 2604 performance standards. Our product does not oil can and will demonstrate unrivalled flatness and rigidity when installed according to instructions.

Sustainability

All Longboard products have life cycle information and EPDs showing environmentally, economically, and socially responsible impacts. Our interior products can contribute various LEED credits and are available in categories that contain recycled content.

Healthy Materials

Longboard products are VOC and Living Building Challenge (LBC), Red List Free and do not adversely affecting indoor air quality and human health.

Acoustic Solutions

Noise reduction is possible using perforated planks in conjunction with the appropriate acoustical materials to create effective acoustical treatment solutions. Perforated planks available also with an optional Soundtex® scrim applied.

Light Reflectance

A variety of product finishes with associated light reflectance values (LRV) are offered that can contribute to occupants’ productivity, comfort, and well-being by providing high-quality lighting.

High Impact Design

Various stock and custom finishes are available to choose from. Longboard’s natural woodgrain finishes contribute to achieving biophilic architectural design, and promote various aspects of WELL Building Standard requirements.

Ease of Installation

Installers can quickly learn tongue and groove installation techniques. Planks are mechanically fastened to conventionally framed ceiling structures as well as approved suspended ceiling structures. Suspension elements can vary from heavy-duty 15/16” T-grid to struts.
